The hotel is in a poorly maintained state. Rooms are outdated, and the mattresses feel uncomfortable, causing significant back pain. There was a persistent noise from outside that disrupted my sleep, making it utterly unbearable.

I had a fabulous time exploring the city as the hotel is only about 15 minutes on foot from the City of Arts and Sciences, and the nearby Gulliver park was perfect for a leisurely afternoon stroll. the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was great, giving me the energy to see all the sights.

I stayed at this so-called hotel for 3 nights, and let me just say the room was pitch black with zero fresh air, which is absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, I expected a complimentary upgrade for my trouble but got nothing. How hard is it to provide a pleasant stay? Just couldn't give a good review, not this time.

My room in the Standard Double or Twin Room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and I really appreciated the soundproof windows that kept the street noise at bay! Plus, the sustainable practice of choosing drink vouchers for skipping daily cleaning made me feel great about my stay.

The stay offered a great atmosphere with friendly staff that made me feel welcomed. I particularly enjoyed the refreshing lemon water available at the entrance, especially after walking in the hot weather. the room had an outdated interior with some wear and tear, and there were a few cleanliness issues that detracted from the experience. I found it suitable for resting after a long day of exploring Valencia's attractions like the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias and the nearby beach.

The walls are pretty thin, so you can hear conversations from other rooms. This made it a bit hard to get a good night's sleep at times.

stayed at nh for 2 nights and it was fantastic! the staff were super friendly and even offered us a late checkout. the location is perfect, just a short walk from ayora metro station on line 5, and the room was comfy and immaculate. the breakfast was a standout, with a great variety to fuel up for the day.
